Space Rental Terms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with application, or within two weeks of invoice date.  An exhibitor agrees that all provisions in the Exhibit Rules and Regulations are part of a formal contract for rental of exhibit space.  Details concerning (1) space assignment, (2) show hours, (3) decorating and (4) shipping will be provided in ample time for advance planning.

Booth Assignment:  Exhibit space is assigned based upon a priority point system with the date an application is received serving as a tiebreaker. Assignments will not be received until a deposit is made.
