Compensation for participating agencies on future test orders vary depending on the type of project. Discounts may be applied toward all of our products except the PSACS Public Safety Assessment Center System. You cannot accumulate multiple discount vouchers and apply them toward one order.
Participation in job analyses requires the completion of questionnaires. Discount will be provided based on the number of participants.

Subject matter experts will be paid $100 each. Agencies providing SME participants will receive a 5% discount on their next test order.
Participation in validation studies requires the administration of tests to incumbents and the collection of supervisor ratings. Discount will be provided based on the number of incumbents.

If your jurisdiction participates in a validation study and tests at least 10 incumbents, you can receive even greater savings. IPMA-HR can offer your jurisdiction the option to administer the validation study test to participants during their off time in a group setting to eliminate the need to pay overtime. In this instance, your jurisdiction will be compensated per the discount terms stated above AND each incumbent will receive monetary compensation. Additionally, if your jurisdiction is willing to provide at least 50 participants, we are willing to travel to your location to administer the validation study test to your participants in a group setting.
