The training culminates in a 85 question multiple-choice exam (online) that is used to assess understanding of the importance of HR competencies to the success of HR professionals.
Participants in the program will receive a Certificate of Completion only if all course assignments have been completed. A passing grade on the final exam is just one of the requirements for the successful completion of the IPMA-CP or IPMA-CS certification program.
