Missing an issue that you ordered? Download the subscription claims form by clicking here, fill it out and send it in. Please note that claims for missing issues will only be accepted for the issue immediately prior to the current one (i.e., if the winter issue is out, claims will only be accepted for the fall issue prior to that winter issue). Customers, including subscription agencies, claiming more than one missing issue for the same address must provide their FedEx number for any amount of copies being shipped that exceeds one copy, and will be charged shipping and handling for copies that exceed a singular copy.
