Cheryl Lewis-Smith -- Election Photo Cheryl Lewis-Smith is a 30- year seasoned Human Resources Professional with experience in both public and private sector arenas, to include a plethora of experience with Human Resources affiliated associations, boards, and non-profit agencies as a Volunteer.  Hailing from New Castle, Delaware, she currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. Cheryl’s IPMA-HR involvement and HR Professional track record throughout the years reflects distinct commitment to the HR profession and yields far reaching service in a multiplicity of areas.   She has extensive Board Governance, Conference Planning, Training & Development, Risk Management, Administrative Services, Employee Engagement, Fiduciary and Project Management experience.
