IPMA-HR will launch its new “Developing an Ethical Culture in an Organization” course.
Developing an Ethical Culture in an Organization is our newest self-paced online course. Over the course of four weeks, participants will work through modules that culminate in a final, three hour call. With realistic scenarios presented by the course instructor, the final call will provide attendees with real-time, interactive discussion on ethical issues and situations in the workplace. The benefit of the remote nature of this course is that it does not require a venue to host.
Completing the course will enable participants to:
- Identify and comprehend traditional and current issues in workplace ethics,
- develop the skills needed to analyze and resolve ethical dilemmas in the workplace,
- discuss ethical dilemmas, and
- identify and analyze metrics to assess and improve workplace ethical culture.
Participation is open to employees of all levels of experience within federal, state and local public sector organizations. Please note that enrollment is not limited to HR professionals.
The course will be fully launched in March of 2020. The cost of the course is $450 for IPMA-HR members and $550 for non-members.
