Our new HR Director will work with the city's racial equity team to help ensure staff more closely reflects our community's growing diversity. Leading candidates will have experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, proven success managing budgets and a track record of maintaining robust and cost-efficient employee benefit plans.
Bachelor's Degree in public administration, business administration, public sector human resources or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the public sector, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
Five years of experience in public sector human resources.
Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota driver's license or equivalent out-of-state license.
