Reporting to the Sr. Director/Chief People & Culture Officer, the Director of Organizational Design and Development (ODD), Talent Management (TM), and Workforce Planning (WP) will act as a strategic business partner across the organization. This position will oversee critical programs and have strategic and operational oversight for controlling acquisition and retention programs, policy, process & compliance.
The ideal candidate will not be satisfied with executing someone else’s playbook or simply writing one, but rather leading a team that will deep dive into existing HR processes and develops innovative improvement ideas for both current challenges and future problems we may encounter.
The person in this role will identify, design, and implement the missing puzzle pieces to scale our HR processes through this tremendous period of growth and ensure our team members are engaged and view Capital Metro as a great place to grow their career...and much more.

•Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related field. Related experience may be substituted on a year for year basis up to four (4) years. Master’s degree in HR, Change Management, Organization Development, or Leadership preferred.
•Eight (8) years of Human Resource experience with talent management, employee engagement, organizational development or organizational learning, data and analytics, leadership, and workforce planning.
•Five (5) years of strategic workforce planning experience working for complex organizations, including utilization of workforce management tools and processes. Certification in strategic workforce planning preferred.
•Five (5) years’ experience managing high performing teams and three (3) years’ experience overseeing budgets.
•Experience with DISC, CPP instruments (MBTI, FIRO-B), Emergenetics and 360 assessment surveys preferred.
