THA is offering an extraordinary opportunity for a talented and motivated Human Resources Analyst for our Human Resources Department. The HR Analyst supports the agency’s strategic and operational objectives by providing professional level analytical human resources functions associated with the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Specific HR functions will be assigned to each HR Analyst based on individual strengths with the expectation that all incumbents will be required to provide back-up and possible rotation of the following responsibilities: benefit administration and wellness; employee and labor relations; employee engagement; staffing, recruitment, and onboarding; compensation and incentive pay; risk management and workers compensation; performance management and goal alignment; training and development; leave management and ADA accommodations; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and a variety of other HR functions.
The candidate should have the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Five years’ significantly responsible human resources experience in relevant areas.
- Public sector experience preferred.
- Labor relations experience preferred.
- ADP and NEOGOV experience a plus.
- SHRM or HRCI certification required within first year.
