Annual salary: $91,270.40 to $136,926.40

This is a unique opportunity for a Human Resources professional to provide leadership for two Special Districts with their HR needs. Both HR Metro and Centennial Water serve the same community. The total number of employees is approximately 190.

The Human Resources Manager works under the direction of the General Manager of Highlands Ranch Metro District and the General Manager of Centennial Water and Sanitation District. This position directs, manages, and coordinates the activities and operations of the Districts’ Human Resources program including recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, group benefit administration, pension plan administration, Workers’ Compensation, EEO, employee relations, regulatory issues, training, and ensures the districts are compliant with current, applicable labor laws. This position has two direct reports.

Education and Experience:

• PHR/SPHR Certification is highly desired
• Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Continuing education relating to Human Resources
