Monthly Salary: $4,514.96 - $5,796.44
The Human Resources Department is seeking a well-qualified individual to coordinate, administer, and track the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return-to-Work (RTW) processes from initial employee contact to leave end for occupational and non-occupational illness and/or injuries. The candidate must have a broad working knowledge in administering leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws such as: Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and Workers' Compensation.
Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year experience adjusting and/or processing claims, administering a comprehensive safety program, or a closely related field. Additional qualifying experience as outlined above may substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.
