Currently there is one (1) full-time vacancy. The vacancy may be filled at either the Senior HR
Analyst or HR Analyst level depending on the applicant's qualifications.
The City offers an excellent benefit package and membership in the California Public Employees'
Retirement Systems (CalPERS) Retirement formula is based on appointment date and membership status with CalPERS and the employee is required to contribute 13% of pay toward retirement
Senior HR Analyst: Four years of increasingly responsible professional level administrative
experience, including a minimum of two years responsible human resources experience. Public
sector experience highly desirable.
HR Analyst: Three years related professional level administrative experience. Public sector experience highly desirable.
Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major
course work in business, public or personnel administration, psychology, or a related field.
License/Certificate: Due to the performance of some field duties which require the operation of a
personal or City vehicle, a valid and appropriate California driver's license and an acceptable
driving record are required.
