We are currently accepting applications for two Senior Human Resources Business Partner roles in the following operational areas:

Senior Employee Relations Business Partner: The Senior Employee Relations Business Partner will build and develop relationships with County and departmental leadership to accomplish critical strategic human resource objectives. Key areas of focus will include the design, deployment and implementation of comprehensive Human Resources programs, tools and processes to improve and enhance organizational performance. This position also provides resources, guidance and collaboration between organizational leadership and Human Resources to address employee relations and other workforce issues.

Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner: The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner leads, coordinates and supervises the work of human resources professionals engaged in the delivery of services in the areas of talent acquisition applicant tracking system administration, marketing/outreach, and other recruitment related services for the County.

Job Requirements


Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, or other closely aligned degree program from an accredited institution of higher education; AND
  • Six (6) years of professional Human Resources experience related to the position with prior lead or supervisory experience spanning responsibilities in the defined principal duties of this classification.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Professional certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or other HR discipline specific specialties.
  • Public Sector experience.
