Washington County Human Resources is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager! Due to exponential growth in our organization, we have added this new position to our team. This role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
In this position, the successful candidate will participate in a variety of projects and initiatives that support our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts for the organization. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as possess outstanding leadership, teamwork and multitasking skills.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of full-cycle recruitment of professionals for the organization. We are looking for a creative mindset to aid in developing diverse sourcing strategies to enhance our engagement with candidates to help make Washington County an Employer of Choice. Our Talent Acquisition Business Partner team members are the lifeline to the organization and provide proactive insight, department guidance and support to the organization and will help the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering best practices in selection, evaluation and onboarding of all new hires.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other social science, Communication, or a related field AND three (3) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a (preferably technology based) public or private sector environment; including two (2) years of experience in supervision of staff. OR
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other social science, Communication, or a related field AND five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a (preferably technology based) public or private sector environment; including two (2) years of experience in supervision of staff. OR
- Seven (7) years of full cycle recruiting experience; including two (2) years of experience in supervision of staff.
The application period for this position is from May 1, 2021 to May 16, 2021.
