Chapter Goals

Setting clear and well-defined goals allows a Chapter to set forth a plan to achieve its objectives. Goals may include the number of meetings to have in a year, financial goals, membership goals or engagement goals.

National IPMA-HR recommends that Chapters set short-term (12-month) and long-term (13-plus month) goals following the S.M.A.R.T. Goals method, with accompanying strategies to achieve those goals.
