Chapter Profile and Reporting
IPMA-HR will provide select Chapter leaders with the ability to update information relating to their Chapter via a Chapter profile page located on the member portal.
Profiles will include a variety of fields for Chapter leaders to update as information changes and can serve as a repository of information about Chapter operations.
It is the Chapter’s responsibility to periodically review this information for accuracy and to make any necessary changes.
A review and update of the Chapter profile is due annually on Sept. 15.
Chapters also should be prepared to provide a roster of current Chapter members for the National database to ensure that Chapter members receive any benefits available to them.
Rosters should be submitted via an Excel or CSV file with the following information for each Chapter member:
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Chapter Member ID Number (if applicable)
- Honorary Life Member Status (if applicable)
- Student Member Status (if applicable)
It is the Chapter’s responsibility to send the Chapter roster to firstname.lastname@example.org annually by Sept. 15. The roster will only be accepted in the foregoing format.
IPMA-HR National will send chapter invoices annually by Oct. 15. Chapters are expected to pay their invoice annually by Dec. 1.
