Pam Dollard, IPMA-SCP, is the nominee for 2020 IPMA-HR president-elect.
Currently the director of human resources for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension, Dollard has more than 30 years of experience in public sector HR. She also served on IPMA-HR’s Executive Council from 2016 to 2018.
Dollard started her career at the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services as a word processing operator in 1985 before moving to the Wisconsin State Historical Society. She consistently advanced through various positions at state government agencies and state university campuses. Before becoming HR director at the UW Extension in May 2018, Dollard served as chief of human resources and affirmative action officer at UW-Stevens Point.
Her service to the Association includes membership on IPMA-HR’s finance, awards and fellowship committees; Central Region president and secretary/treasurer; and Wisconsin Chapter president for 2003-2004. Dollard has also been active in the leadership of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
Voting for president-elect starts on August 9. If elected, Dollard will also serve as president during 2021.
